Trend Talk #3

So, I probably should have warned you before now, BUT my first 5 Trend Talks are about hair….. Look, all I’m saying is this is a fashion blog that discusses fashion and everything involved in it! I don’t have to explain myself….JK. So today I’m talking about a trend i’ve been seeing recently that I’m definately for- the gray hair trend. Now, I know some of you scoff at it and call it ridiculous, but to me gray hair, and older women in generally, scream regality and sophistication. Lately in Hollywood, though, a lot of YOUNG starlets are donning gray manes, whether it’s full on gray or just streaked with gris. From 13 year old girls to superheroines, I appreciate the gray hair. I know this trend won’t last long, but I’m riding it until the end! I’ve also noticed many gray locks streaked with lilac, is there a secret to this trend that I don’t know about, I wonder?

Trend Talk #1

Everyone has that one trend they’re happy is hot again. For me, it’s short hair on women. I find that alot of girls rest on their long hair, as if having long tresses make them more attractive. They spend countless dollars on ratty extensions that are clearly not natural. For me, short hair represents sex appeal and confidence. It takes a strong women to be able to pull off short hair and when I say short, I mean SHORT! Now, many straight men would disagree since most like long hair, but what the hell do straight men know about fashion? Short hair gives women a light, easy look, while showing off the gorgeous contours of their faces. Maybe it’s my love of androgyny that makes me love this trend, but whatever it is, I hope it lasts a little bit longer. So you tell me, how do you feel about short hair on women?
